Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to nurses, care staff, and multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure full alignment and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation

• Oversee accreditation processes, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Deliver high-standard, person-centred care, with a strong focus on Dementia and Palliative Care

• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and electronic care management systems efficiently

• Foster strong community connections and leverage local care networks to support service growth

About You
